Manuscripts submitted to the Journal, whether of academic nature or from practitioners, are first reviewed internally by the Editorial Committee before a decision as to whether the manuscript can be considered for further in-depth review by expert reviewers is taken. Once the manuscript is judged as being suitable for further evaluation, it is sent to two external reviewers for a comprehensive peer review. The Journal promotes a double-blind peer review policy. It ensures that manuscripts submitted to the Journal remain confidential while under review. The reviewers are given four weeks to review the manuscripts and the comments received are forwarded to the authors to act upon. The reviewers have a choice to accept the article as it is, reject the manuscript outright, or recommend major or minor revisions to be made.

For articles that require major or minor revisions, the authors are requested to address the peer reviewers’ comments. The Editor then evaluates the revised manuscript to decide on its suitability to undergo the publication process or to reject the manuscript. A publication fee is then applied at this stage for further processing of the article. After the authors agree to proceed with publication, the article may undergo several rounds of in-depth content editing before it is finalized and accepted for publication. Each article which has been accepted for publication is also sent for English editing to ensure that highest standards in the English language are achieved.

Articles submitted to the Journal generally undergo the following article publication process flow:
